I was checking SmartGart under ATi Control Panel and i found out that AGP was set to Disabled... i tried to set it to 2x or 4x... but it just reverts back to disabled... i tried using Powerstip but the option to set AGP rate is greyed out... so i found out that there's no AGP drivers installed... the AGp to PCi bridge and etc.. isn't listed at the device manager.. so which means my Card is running at PCI Mode ... eventough it's on a AGP Slot...

I already checked the bios , installed Catalyst 3.3 and 3.4 , and tried some nforce2 drivers

Is you bios up to date? Did you try installing the Catalyst drivers after you installed the NForce drivers. Any reason you choose to install older Catalyst drivers rather than the latest set at ATI? DX9b is installed? Did you remove your old drivers before installing the card?
