No AGP no fast write!?

Need some help here, i formated yesturday and i installed everything, drivers are all there, nothing is set wrong in bios. But when go to properties in video card the agp is set to 0 and cant move and i cant turn fast write on. I dont know why this is doing it.
I have a shuttle SN95G5 with a radeon x800pro

As Crusty said, sounds like you didn't install the chipset drivers for your mobo. With the generic Microsoft drivers you won't have proper AGP support.
