No '24', WTF!

It's also a show that you cannot watch casually. I've watched a couple of shows here and there to see what the fuss was about; it's just random people running around if you don't follow the show on a weekly basis. You can compare this to, say, CSI, for which episodes are relatively independant and thus are much better for casual viewing.
 
24 is a serial drama that not only appeals to a specific demographic, but also fends for itself on Monday night.

Fox could easily boost it's ratings by having it trail American Idol, or House, if it wanted to. But I think they realized 24 would fill a gaping hole in their Monday night lineup, and fill it well...I think it averaged 11 million viewers, which isn't bad for a serial drama.

Um, 24 was NEVER a top 10 show anyway. In it's Tuesday timeslot, it barely broke the top 50 on average. Once it moved to Monday, it boosted ratings. I think the highest it ever really got was around top 20.

I can't believe that 24 could not beat at least NCIS or Two and half men... even CSI Miami sucks! original CSI is good.

I didn't care much for this season, don't get me wrong there were some great ones here and there but over all it just as the "I've already seen it" feel.

I really enjoyed all seasons of 24 but realized this season that they just can't keep it going for much longer, as it is already they have to try and out do their selves each season, but theres only so much more they can do with it.
