NMB Keryboard Question

Hello, I currently have an NMB RT-8200W series keyboard.

http://nmbtechn.iserver.net/products/kbrds/rt8200w.html

You may notice, in the picture (see above link), that the spacebar on the keyboard is very strange. It is split into two keys, and the left one can act as an alternate backspace key. However, I am not used to this feature, and I frequently backspace when I want to hit the spacebar. In order to disable this feature I must hit (control+alt+shift+the left half of the spacebar) twice. Hitting the preceding keystroke once will switch the keyboard to left hand mode (the right half of the spacebar will backspace, and the left half will space). Unfortunatley, the default mode is set so that the left space acts as a backspace, and this is reset everytime I turn off the computer. Is there anyway I can run a program to execute the preceding keystroke when the computer starts (not restarts, because it only resets when the computer is shutdown)? I could not find any drivers or programs on the manufacturer's website to help my situation.

Thanks for your time.
