You say that like Renault is owned by the French state and that France is a terrorist nation. 😕

I dunno, a lot of people around the world don't want to buy products made by American companies, so I figure it might be fair game to return the favor.

Don't buy a car...use the money to go back to school and learn a thing or two about the world. You'll be much better off. Good luck.

🙂

Yes, lets shoot ourselves in the foot to spite the French.
Most Nissan cars sold in the US are built in Tennessee and Mississippi.

They own 40% of Nissan(majority) with rights to buy another 20%. The French makes some wicked cars, who cares if they're hard to start.😀

Other companies build good cars in the US also.

And? I am saying that by not buying Nissan you will hurt workers in Tennessee and Mississippi.
Nissan is investing billions in US production facilities, and to boycott them would be retarded. What does Nissan have to do with French foreign policy?

I dunno, what does Coke or McDs have to do with US foreign policy and why do other nationalities boycott them?

It's a symbol of the american way of life ... it says alot about american culture.
Nissan/Renault is not a symbol of the french culture.

You are showing your foolishness here ..

Nissan is a bad analogy for God's sake. Nissan America is a 100% US company and most cars you see here in US are not made outide the US market.

If you had mentioned French Cheese or Wine or Perfumes, maybe that would have made sense against US products like Coke/ McDOnalds etc.

Nissan is a poor choice and as someone noted above, get a good education in a non Bible belt university .. that will help you a lot in future.

Get out of your troll hole please .. ignorance is bliss for only a limited time.

Also, what is France doing that's worthy of a boycott?
They are not on board for a war? That's it? They are entitled to conduct their own foreign policy.
Also, why don't you boycott BMW or MB? They are made in Germany, and Shroeder isn't for this war either.

I've never considered buying a BMW or MB. I think german cars are overrated.

Go f*ck yourself bitch.

I don't see why the name calling and insults are necessary seeing as I haven't done anything of that sort until now. :frown:

How is not buying Nissan going to hurt the French government? It will hurt the Japanese economy, which is doing pretty bad right now. I think this culture is too embargo happy.

Methinks 40% could be a plurality, but never a majority.
