if it's a problem, you need to talk to him

and if it's still a problem, change rooms........

tell your roommate that you're sick of him eating your food, next time he does it, he's gonna buy you double of what he ate.

tell him he's not being considerate and that he shouldn't be waking you up in the middle of the night or playing his music loud. Don't you have an advisor that take care of these things? (house/resident advisor)

the time he goes to sleep is up to him but you can mention it to him that its disturbing when he wakes you in the middle of the night or early morning.

if he wants to do what you do... well that's his perogative. as for being on your computer.... password lock it. end of story. he won't be using your computer anymore. or set ground rules that when you need to use your computer, he's got to leave.

ya, we have an RA but he doesn't really do much. Only when the music is loud enough to be heard in the halls he comes... This is really aggravating me!!!! Monday I will check on if their is a penalty if I was to move out.

Move out. I've been in this sort of situation before. You simply have to distance yourself from this guy. We had a guy in the dorm whom I eventually shared an apartment with with a few other people and the guy was a total leech. The only way I could finally get rid of him was to stay over at my gf's place never going back to my apartment and avoiding him and his begging leeching crap as much as possible.

WAke up then. When he goes to bed. Turn on your pc and play BSB or Nsync MP3s and start singing along with it. HE screws you, give him a b|tch slap and ask if he wants more.

Try putting some password protection over your PC.

when he finally does fall asleep, cover his body/bed with syrup... then throw his own dirty socks on him... he'll be dirty sock man...

I agree with Pillage, most of those are parts of life that you have to deal with, D and E aren't and are reasons for you to do something.

You can always put a CMOS password on your pc??

Buy less food???

Throw away all his rap music or throw his stereo out the window and see if he jumps out along with it. :D

He wants to do everything you do??
This is a hard thing to avoid. Hmmmmm.......suggestions?

I feel your pain ! My landlord is having the windows replaced in our building. My roomate refused to move anything in his room "they can use a ladder to reach my windows" he also left for the day.I'm sitting here now, amid total shambles, after having moved every stick of furniture in the place, dealing with 3 workers, none of whom speak english well enough to understand me.

Oh and the biggie ? he was way short on this month's rent, his room is a big enough pigsty to cause my landlord's eyebrows to shoot up
when he see's the room and he does no kitchen cleanup.

I'm really annoyed that he went out and left me stuck dealing with all of this today, the cleanup and moving stuff back is gonna take hours !

This might work if you can reach the whistle on time. :D
