Did anybody see that they played the The Star Spangled Banner during the high noon changing of the guard? This was followed by a 2 minute silence.

Very sad, but a great touch by our friends across the Atlantic....

Yes, I did see it. It was very touching... this is the first time they ever did something different for the changing of the guards. I find it amazing all the support and generosity we are getting from overseas countries.

yes I saw this today, I almost cried

Man, I can't believe nobody has video on this.....In my opinion it was one of the most moving salutes to the U.S., I have ever seen. When I visited London 5-6 months ago I saw all the tradition and heritage involved in the changing of the guard and thought more Americans should have seen what happened today.
