I have a discussion board written in perl. I got it to work but then because the place where it was beening hosted kept going down, I moved it and now I can't get it to work. Is anybody willing to take a look at the files and see what I've done wrong?

WOW I ACTUALLY FIGURED IT OUT. i FEEL LIKE A PERL GOD. OK MAYBE NOT.
