Looks like a moderately used work truck. Just check the underpinnings and such for signs of air time or other forms of abuse, and if you don't see them, it was likely well taken care of.
 
In talking with the owner, it sounds like it was his commuter, plus he took 2 trips from Texas to Washington and Montana. What's a sign of air time?

By "air time" I mean the driver doing things like jumping it or just in general driving it like a stunt man for the dukes of hazzard. It would be things underneath bent, excessively worn, or suspension parts that look like they were replaced ahead of their time.
