Highlight the cells you are interested in, and go to Data: Text to Columns. Choose Fixed Width, then Next. In the Data Preview section, click and drag a line to where you want it to break the numbers into two separate columns (to the left of the hyphen.) Select Next, then Finish. This will break the hyphenated numbers off into their own column that you can delete. Good luck!
