I'm attempting to troubleshoot this remotely. The computer is pulling a IP ADDRESS: 216.51.192.226

I'm thinking either the router is dying or it's a spyware issue. They have tried plugging the computer into a working port on the router but they did not get any internet access and I'm not sure what IP address they got when they did this. This setup has been working correctly for a couple years now.
