The requested resource is currently locked. The lock must be released or proper identification given before the method can be applied.
i get that message on my webpage thats hosted via my isp (verizon). i recently switched accounts (the webpage was previously on that account)...so i just backed up all the files and then ftp-ed them to this new account.
anyone know whats the cause?

Update: turns out there wwere some references referring to my old account (with the old account name in the url); thus getting the error message
