Is this even possible? If so, please help, PartitionMagic won't let me Convert NTFS to FAT32 because of some errors.

You can copy your data over. If you had any file permissions, compression setting, or encryption then you will lose those settings, but i'm assuming you dont.
 
You can transfer data from a NTFS drive to a Fat32 drive "under Win2k" but not "under Win98" because you can only read NTFS (NT File System) under Win2k.
 
You can try adding the FAT32 drive to you W2k pc and then booting the cd and use the recovery console to copy the files.
I dont know for sure that it will recognize the fat32 drive that, but I suspect that it will.
