I am planning on getting a cd-rw on the 40 - 50$ range. I see even 40x writing burners in this range but I don't know what brands are good choices, etc. I can't seem to find a good review site that actually reviwes more than one or two. What would you guys reccomend?

Oh yeah heh, forgot to mention that speed doesn't matter to me as much as reliability. I also would rather have a drive that can do safedisc2
