I am heading off to the University of Guelph (in Ontario, Canada) this September and I figured it would be helpful to get some advice on what to bring. I will be living in a dorm, most likely with a roommate although I put single as my first choice. I would say not to list the obvious stuff, but what is obvious to some isn't to others. A few of the specifics on my mind are should I bring my new 21" TV (I'm thinking no), and do I need shower shoe thingies and do people use a bathrobe? Anyways, I'm thinking there are some things that you thought "doh, I wish I thought to bring that".
