nLite - good choice? Have knowledge about it?

Hi, I've heard about nLite and how you can slipstream your OS.
Is nLite to recommend?
Do you know any links for slipstreaming or nLite configs?
I'd like to make my own nLite CD but I'm afraid I don't know which apps/services to keep.

go to the nlite site, they provide a tut there on the basics

besides, the actual prorams gives many descriptions on what u are doing. and i have used it before to slipstream, and get ride of many useless programs in winxp to make the insallation file A LOT smaller (great for comps with small harddrive space)
