NJ residents working in NYC

I live in NJ, and i'm filling out some work forms for my internship at a company in NYC.

Right now i'm confused on some of the tax related things. I have two NY tax forms: IT-2104 (Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate), and IT-2104.1 (Certificate of Nonresidence and Allocation of Withholding Tax). Do I need to fill out these forms, or are these only for NY residents?
