They have a better shot at it than the Kings, Lakers, Pistons or Celtics.

If it's your favourite team then it's exciting for you, but from an objective standpoint, Dallas/San Antonio is more entertaining than NJ. I do have to agree with you though, that's not that exciting. The ratings will just get worse in the finals. San Antonio vs NJ would just blow.

Ah but the thing is in my opinnion at least they had a shot, I don't think the Nets ever had a chance

actually... i find tim duncan and the spurs kinda boring to watch. i feel that so far... ppl only watch the spurs games for their opponents (lakers, kings, & mavs).

Yes, Spurs are a boring team to watch. The only team that i think most people would enjoy watching in the East is Philly.
