Well.. Not really. Nissan already has regular mid-size 4 door sedans, why exactly would the Skyline be their equivalent to an Accord? The skyline is closer of an equivalent to their NSX, than it is to their Accord.

and now it is just Nissan GT-R. The Skyline is the Japanese G35.
