I think they are about to get one if they hear their case is overturned.

Just what did the 1995 Maxima lack in available safety components that were available on other 1995 cars?
 
That's awful. So now anyone that gets into an auto accident can sue the auto manufacturer because the car wasn't 100% safe in all situations. He should be suing the dude that ran over the center line! :Q
 
Good. I've hated Nissan since I found out about the whole nissan.com thing and how they're trying to make the guy fork over the name that rightfully belongs to him.
