Nissan Maixima '96 for $6996. Leather, spoiler, power roof, 77k, Alloy wheels. The best part is it has a Bose CD/Casette player. The deal is through a one price dealer. $7536 out of the door with 3 months / 3000 bumper to bumper warranty. Is it worth it ?

i think it's a good deal.

whats bluebook? I'm too lazy to check. You shouldn't be paying more than private party blue book price these days, even if it's from a dealer. With 0% financing and fat ass rebates, tons of people are buying new cars and giving their old ones as trade ins for small money, you can get some real nice used car deals these days.

You can compare it to my recent deal :

96 Maxima SE
5-speed manual
114k
Ditched the bose stereo since you can't upgrade it at all and upgraded to Infinity's w/ Kicker sub and 500W amp
New rotors/pads on all
New front tires

Private party : $5200

I think I got a sweet deal. $7536 will get you a 97 (cosmetic upgrades) on maxima.org. The good part about the car you're looking at is it has low miles. You COULD find a 97 with similar miles for around that price, but this wouldn't be a bad deal if you decided to go with it.

Well I just dropped the idea of getting it. Thought it was somewhat expensive though it was in a pretty decent shape.
