NIS2K5+Service Pack 2

Well, Microsoft today released Service Pack 2 for Finnish XP so I downloaded it and installed. Everything was fine until I tried to visit sites. It couldn't go. Only after I disabled Norton Internet Security 2005 (yep, bought the english version 🙂 I like programs to be in english rather than in finnish 😛 ) it worked.
So what's wrong with NIS? Why won't it work properly after installing SP2? It worked fine before SP2.

Yes it did

btw, I found this on some site:
SP2 also blocks most proxy servers. So if you use one to connect your lan to the net sp2 will stop it from workin even with the firewall turned off.
Could it be that because when Norton is active, everything goes through ccProxy.exe and that's why it blocks my internet connection so that I can't visit any sites?
