Hey does anybody know how much a Z64 for Nintendo 64 is worth? My brothers friend is selling it and I want to make sure he doesn't try to rip me off. I know these are pretty rare anymore.

there is a Doctor 64 which runs off of CD's as well, which plugs into the port on the bottom of the N64.

Would probably be the most expensive way to play bootlegs though - I think even a modded Xbox can handle 64 games just fine.

yea but that still isnt natively with an n64 controller.

and if he already has an n64 w/4 controllers and no xbox, let alone a modded one, w/no controllers, then it may end up being cheaper.

Had one years ago, paid alot for it, but it made it easier to play games.
I sold it for $50-$60 a couple years ago.

I think I have one. I don't think I ever had a Zip drive, though.

That's a good point, nobody really has zip discs anymore. I just was wondering if it would be worth it to purchase (along with a cheap zip drive) in order to back up games, but you guys are right - there are cheaper options.

but really n64 games are so dirt cheap nowadays you could probably buy the game for the price you give for the zip disk. Of course you will have to dig a bit deep to find the games.
