lol, yes they have, we do all their shipping so I KNOW they have shipped a fair number of first party games though I have no idea about 2nd or 3rd party.

And to those above, my wife is multi-talented, she could probably cook, clean, and play DS at the same time

Quite a few, actually. And at E3 the DS booth had probably 5 times the games that the PSP booth did, and easily 10 times the number of people packing themselves in around the games.
