It just feels clunky, and losing items when you accidentally drop them is a huge pain. I would rather go back and play the GameCube version over this one.
There is another Harvest Moon game out for the DS, called Harvest Moon: Cute I believe. I haven't yet found anything specifying that it uses the stylus exclusively like HM: IoH does. If anyone does, please let me know.
Don't bother with the original Harvest Moon for DS either, it has software issues that screw the game up like freezes and corruption of your saved game data.
