Ninja Rev B on an Gigabyte P35-DQ6

As the title suggest, i have the Q6600 and am looking for a new p35 based mobo. I have narrowed it down to the Gigabyte P35-DQ6 and i would like to keep my Ninja Rev B...Would it fit

Now i have to decide if i can wait a few weeks (Sometime in Sept) to get the X38-DQ6

I do not game, so dual vid cards is not a priority, but would like to complement my Q6600 with a kick a** board, that can take the next gen CPU

Did you replace the fan with a 4 pin PWM fan? If so, what kind?

Actually I don't have the motherboard, but planned to get it based on a lot of p35 reading I did. I changed my mind recently, altho I already bought the ninja because I read in a few places it was perfect for the dq6 (newegg dq6 reviews)
