This sucks. I don't see a way to get back and I'm in Chapter 9. I'm not about to go back to a Chapter 4 save just to get this item.

For those of you who played the game... will a replacement to this item ever show up later? The only reason I ask is that I just received an upgraded bow and was hoping I'd see the same for the shuriken at some point.

BTW, the camera sucks in this game. 😛

Yup, I really think that had they spent about 5 more minutes on the camera the game would have been a bit 'easier' and definately better.
 
I love how hard it is... although you are correct the camera blows. The windmill shuriken, I'm trying to remember if that's the one that you gotta be super skillfull at wall running to get in the city level...
 
yup.. its near Hans Bar in the CITY level. Use the ninja stars to get up on your third jump, so your momentum will carry you over onto the ledge

Yeah, that part was a total PITA. I knew SOMETHING was up there, I just didnt know what... But I didnt want to continue without it so... I kept trying!
 
I just totally missed it. I've found about everything else (I think) but somehow completely missed that even though I found the note informing me that a legendary weapon was around. I guess I thought the nunchukas were the legendary weapon so I moved on.

Does the game ever take you back to that area or am I just going to have to do without them?
 
yeah you'll make it back to the bar/whatever area again where you get it i believe.. you all suck, i played/beat it, it was very fun/challenging, i remember the 2nd boss was so hard, i played him again after learning how to play better and he didnt touch me once.

edit; learn to use the essence crap and absorb them to rock the baddies. take advantage of the respawning bat areas to fill them up so you can upgrade your weapons
 
My only complaint about the game is the camera. It doesn't make the game 'hard' I guess... just annoying at times, especially when you'll be looking in one direction and it suddenly decides to turn around and face you.

Great news. I still can't believe I missed it. Do you have any idea around what chapter you start working backwards? I'm going to be entering the factory tonight. The game just got a lot harder with these soldiers running around with their rapid firing guns and rpg's. Not to mention the fact that it's been about a month since I beat that crazy boss chick (can't remember her name obviously) in the cathedral.
