I got an email from Amazon saying if I pre-order they'll give me a $10 gift card...tempted.

I LOVED Ninja Gaiden black but I haven't heard a whole lot about 2 yet. I've seen a few pictures, watched a video of Ryu in what I can only assume is hell. Looks MUCH bloodier than the previous installment (dunno how the wife would feel about it).

Still, I'm stoked, hope it turns out as well as the previous version did!
 
I want to get it but I'm so behind in all my other games I may have to hold off. I've still barely gotten anywhere in GTA IV!

Ditto. It's "on the list", but I can't justify buying it new right now.
 
I will say, despite having no true multiplayer I think I got my money out of Black...wanna say I've played through it 3 or so times now.
 
I played the first on Xbox and enjoyed it enough, but I just dont see anything to get excited over on NG2.

Maybe I'll try it when/if it hits ps3. The first was good, but very frustrating. I got lost somewhere on the 3rd or 4th level and haven't gotten back into it since. I appreciated the deep control system, but navigation and not-so-obvious goals were what ultimately turned me off the game 🙁


anyone know where to go after han's bar?
 
I didn't have that problem, I thought the game flowed quite nicely. I got through the game without getting stuck save for one part, I couldn't figure out that I had to run on the walls to get the windmill shuriken, which isn't critical to finish the game. Felt stupid when I finally did it...

I think after Han's...hrm...Hans is where you first meet Rachel so I'm assuming next you make your way to the temple (heck, look at the name of the act you're in, it'll tell you in the description).

Or if all else fails check gamefaqs, that'll have a full walkthrough to let you know where to go.
 
I have Sigma but I'm only like 30 minutes in. I'm behind on my games. I still have to beat God of War, GTA III, Vice City, Ninja Gaiden, and Uncharted. Then I can start thinking about new games...but by then the new Madden will be out, which will consume my life for a few months.
 
Ya know, I have never set foot in the NG series. However, I did pick up Sigma for the PS3 last week to play before II comes out. I hear that one's pretty awesome.
 
Hell yeah, Ninja Gaiden (Xbox) was amazing when it came out. Love the high difficulty & sweet responsive combat system in it as well. Pretty much better than anything that ever came before it. The graphics were also amazing for the system. Will pick this up probably. Got to trade in some games or something though.
 
I don't have a 360 yet. But since I love the Gaiden series, It will be on my *to buy* list once I pick up an Elite ( Jasper ) hopefully.
 
I already have mine pre ordered. A lot of people complained about the difficulty but I enjoyed it. Played through a few times. Circuit City gave me the Halo 3 Legendary maps for free for pre ordering with them. I was going to get the game anyway so that was my best route.

True enough! I haven't even played the new maps that often anyway. I just figured I might as well get them right away since I was going to get NG2 anyway. That, and I'm saving on gas (4.05/gal 🙁) to go pick it up myself.
