NiMh AAA Rechargable batteries, which ones to get???

First of all I have a power draining PDA that needs the most powerful AAA batteries there are. I have searched and found that the max is 650mah. Are there any AAA batteries that exceed that rating? If so let me know!

This is what i've found to be the best deal. Are these brand of batteries any good, or it doesn't matter?

Your expertise input would help me greatly.

Coincidentally, the Dutch auction Mule found on e8ay is from sunnbattery's company. I'm just starting to use NiMH batteries (some rather generic ones). I'm actually in the middle of my first charge of new AA's I got for a portable CD player, using the player's built in charger (meant for NiCad's, but we'll see).
