Also, if you have an AV program, update the DAT files... all major AV vendors have updated their DATs to include NIMDA so it can be cleaned and removed. Also I would suggest upgrading IE to IE 6 if you can, to close that annoying IE bug that it exploits.

Another one here.

You don't have to upgrade to IE 6, but definitely upgrade if you've got IE 5 to 5.5.

I didn't think I was infected until I ran the fix above, and it found/cleaned/deleted an infected file in one of IE's files in Docs/Settings - I was running IE 5 and obviously got it from an infected web site.
