Nikon vs. Canon Debate Over at Dieselstation

More of a D70 vs. 300D/Rebel & 350D/Rebel XT debate.

Anyway, I love this response:

well im an owner of a d70 but in all honesty, i feel that the d70 has a more "quality" feel in the build over the rebel 300/350xt.

while the 350xt gives you more megapixles, the d70 gives you an lcd screen protector, which is the most important feature in taking good pictures. just ask any professional.

No idea on quality but the D70 does feel like its a better quality frame than a 300.

What a waste of time. Both systems have their merits.

I have a D70, I tried both, the D70 was a better fit for ME ... that's why I bought it.

If you try 'em and the Canon feels better / fills some need better, go for it.
