Nikon FX DSLRs: D610 or D800?

What is the D610 lacking that the D71/200 brings you back? -- FPS? 1/8000 shutter?

In my mind at least.... my eventual goal is to have a nice FX and a nice DX. The 750 is my target FX and the 7200 is my target DX. Given the funds for each, and the fact I have a d3200 and a d5000 the cheaper upgrade at the moment is to a 7200. This upgrade would (IMO) help me considerably.
 
This thread and the information about prices at Canadian shops made me buy my first new SLR since the D70, which I still used happily until last week. The D750 is a pretty big upgrade.
