Just got my D50 and I'm messing around with it. How do you select the AF sensor in the manual modes? The AF sensor seems to be locked to one sensor (the left-most one) and I can't figure out how to change it or disable the lock.

the directional pad on the back, half press the shutter and itll wake up then use that to move it around
make sure the focus area selector button isnt set to lock (L)

o BTW READ THE MANUAL

😀

On my D70, to the right of the LCD, there is a small * on top of an L with a switch. Make sure the switch is not set to 'L'.

Thanks a lot guys. I have been reading the manual but I left it at school...doh!
