I'm trying to connect a Nikon D300 with an HDMI output to a Black Magic Design Capture card.
When I connect the 2 however, I'm not getting any picture from the program provided with the card. I do get a picture if I connect the camera to a monitor through a HDMI/DVI adapter though.
I'm just wondering...could this be the problem:
The camera outputs a RGB (or Adobe RGB) signal while if you look HERE it says the Intensity card has an HDMI colour space of YUV 4:2:2 (this is just compressed RGB correct?).
So is that the problem? That the card can't take a RGB signal? No workarounds?
