My first one was at the Santa Anita Derby a couple of weeks ago. My time wasn't that great...it was about 27 mins. But then again I'm running on 1 bad knee and 2 bad ankles (fractured one in 3 places a couple of years ago and never seem to be back to normal). My ankles flare up after I run a few miles but I try to fight the pain and just keep running till I can't bear the pain anymore.
