Here's the cliff notes version:

Have player. Player has song on it I can't delete. Media Player doesn't show it exists on player. Able to listen to aforementioned song. No response from diamond/rio/sonic support.

I've even done the firmware upgrade but it didn't wipe the memory like it says it does.

Any ideas? The dang song is taking up about 2.5 megs of space!
