Night Owls... Help a brother out! ROCKWELL or LUCENT ??????

I'm placing an order at Computer Geeks. I'm not going to OD, OM or Staples just to get a couple of "Free after rebate" deals.
I need two modems for two systems I'm building for a couple of people. They don't care about "pings". I'm just trying to get the best modem (PCI), that I can RIGHT NOW.

Also, for a non-OC'd Celeron 600, would this HS/Fan be adequate?

I don't know about the modem, but the Heatsink/fan look like it for a socket 7 Pentium 75mhz. I don't know if that would cool a celeron at stock speed. I think I would get a better heatsink/fan if I were you. What a celeron sell for now about 80.00 so 10.00 or 12.00 more dollars for a goood HSF is worth it.
