I favorite Krispy Creme donuts are the glazed chocolate dipped sprinkle donuts. Glaze and chocolate and sprinkles!

There's this bakery down the street from us ran by a bunch of old ladies. They make "The Ultimate Donut" (as I call it):

It's a cinnamon swirl donut with apple slices baked in, filled with boston creme, then covered with chocolate glaze. A single bite is like a donut acid trip.

Honey dipped, sprinkles and boston cream. Maybe someone can save me some googling, but what SHOULD be in boston cream? Whipped cream or vanilla pudding? All the local (small and national chains) places always use vanilla, and I want some cream.
