Now you need to send your full names,bank account details,address,phone and fax numbers so that we can put them in as the beneficiary of the funds and resubmit the documents to the ministry and other appropriate government agencies for payment approvals.As soon as the approvals are granted the Ministry of Finance will issue Payment Instruction in your favour to the Bank of Ghana and the Bank of Ghana or the correspondence bank will then invite you to come and sign the Payment Release Order documents for immediate transfer of the funds into your nominated bank account.In this case,if you cannot go to the bank for the signing of the vital payment instrument,an accredited attorney to the bank of Ghana can be engaged to come to the bank here in Ghana or travel to England as the case may be to sign the documents.
