I'm goddamn tired of the scams & scammers coming out of Nigeria, isn't there some way to just take the entire country off the internet?

I get Nigerian scammers in my IM's, emails, eBay auctions, Craigs list, WTF is up with this country? And why the hell do they teach them English in HS?
