I spotted this at Directron: SuperFlower fan controller and here's a large photo. The multiple backlight options are sort of cool, I might have to try one at work.

:Q ~ whoa... mechBgon has the red backlight on today, I better not bother him...

;)

From looking at it, it appears that they supply two acrylic fronts, one with black lettering and one with white lettering, and you can put the different brushed-aluminum colored bezels under (or over) the acrylic faceplate. edit: Looking more closely, it appears that the unit's own bezel has the lettering in black, and the alternate acrylic bezel has the lettering in white so you can put a colored aluminum bezel under it and still have your lettering if you want it.

Anyway, maybe it'll provide some competition for that new Coolermaster Aerogate II. :D

Looks sweet. Would match my SuperFlower case (with the acrylic front panel. Like those Kingwins only I got mine way before Kingwin released theirs). I would so grab one. If, the fans controller turned the fans off, and not just down. That's why I bought the Sunbeams. Sometimes silent (off) is better than quiet.

Hmm, this may be worthy of my new LianLI PC-65B. Since they don't make the Aerogate II in black...

What were they thinking, not releasing it in black? Or with interchangeable faceplates?

A big selling point of this superflower thingee is that the faceplates can be switched to fit any case!

Hey, does this thing come with the fan power extension cables? It doesn't look like it. Linky

Also, do the speed knobs go from OFF to 12v or just 7v-12v? Again, it doesn't say. If people would take the time to ensure complete info on their website, they'd have more customers!

Can this thing take the electrical draw from a Tornado? I was looking at these fanbus things, but all my fans are connected via 4pin molex connector. Anyway I can still get these to work?

Definitely multiple backlight colors too, here are some photos: link

I'm not quite content with mine, however. The temperature readings seem to update about four times per second and jump around within a one-degree-Celcius range... I wish it would buffer the readings and update about once every two seconds.

Oh, I didn't realize you were talking about the LCD. I thought you meant that the faceplates were lighted up. Which I thought would be hard since it looks like they're brushed aluminuminuminum.
