Nicotine from cigarettes

Does anyone know how much nicotine is garnered from one cigarette ... say a camel non filtered? The studies performed by tobacco mfg vary and I can't seem to locate an authoritative source.
I last smoked in June of this year and chomp on nicorette now and then.. 2mg. I'm wondering if I am kicking the nicotine habit or just the cigarette habit...

i believe it's .3mg? well there's more than that in a cigarete, 6mg i think. but what u actually inhale is quite less

I have seen amounts on the cigarette packs but don't know if that means just what is contained or consumed..
You'd think I'd know having smoked since I was 13...

its 2-3 mg I believe, depending on whether its a light or not...
