I know some people go into a frenzy of hate about formulaic and repetitive stuff at the mere mention of their music (hey, the band mentions in there that they will take a break from touring & recording ()🙂) but they come across as pretty cool and down-to-Earth dudes in this interview (afterall, they are Canadians 😀).

BTW, Claudine Prévost now does a lot more radio than television but she's still hawt. 🙂

I'm a nice guy, I couldn't play guitar, bass or drums if my life depended on it. Omg... I think you're onto something, all good musicians are dicks!

I saw Nickelback when they opened for the Rolling Stones in Auckland. Everyone in the crowd was basically silent and growing impatient with their set waiting for the Stones. Strange choice of bands to open in my opinion, how many people are fans of both the Stones and NB?

Edit - I should also add that I was quite disturbed to find myself actually liking one of their recent singles, Burn it to the Ground - I'm no Nickelback fan but this is just a good, solid rock song.
