Nicest MoBo, for specific processors

So I was just wondering, in anyone?s own opinion what is the best mother board for each of the following processors:

Pentium 4 ?

AthlonXP ?

Athlon 64 ?

I know there are a boatload of MoBo's but what do you think....?

For the Athlon 64 939 CPU's I think the Abit AV8 is really hard to beat and the AX8 if you want PCI-E.
The AV8 is rock solid and the Via K8T800 chipset is highly underrated and bashed for no reason. It is equally as fast in most things as the touted nforce3 and nforce4 boards and with no problems! I find it hard to buy anything but Abit for any application. I'd have a hard time recommending an MSI, Gigabyte or anything else to someone. I can recommend ASUS and feel ok about it but my first choice is Abit.

In the end it depends on the features you want really more than "speed" because they are all pretty close.

478- Asus P4C800-E Deluxe

LGA775- Abit AA8 Fatal1ty

754- DFI Lanparty 250GB

939- MSI K8N Neo 2 Platinum (That is until the A8N-E Platinum comes out 🙂 Nforce 4)

462 (A)- DFI Lanparty Ultra Infinity or NF7-S (Both OC well the DFI OC's better but the NF7-S is very cheap and solid)

P4:IC7 MAX
Athlon XP: Abit NFS-V2
Athlon64
Socket 754: DFI Lanparty
Socket 939:Asus A8V version 2

Just my two cents...
