Nice Seattle restaurant?

Hey-
Basically me and my significant other are looking for a decently nice place to eat for Valentines Day in or around Seattle. I'm from Oregon so I dont know of any restaurants in the area. It would be nice if dinner for two would be $100 or less, and if the dress code was slightly better than casual.
I was thinking of Ruth's Chris steakhouse but I heard that a dinner for two there would be well over $100...is that true? Is it worth it?
Some place romantic with good food is what I'm looin for here
So anyone from the Seattle area have any ideas?

i've been to a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse here in Michigan. It's not all that great, IMO.

i would have to say that you are a wee bit late in planning this one...
south of seattle you might try a few places. but i would call asap!
the lobster house at dash pointe,
verazanos on 99
benni hahnas in seattle
anttons in sumner
salty's (alki or federal way)
anthony's homeport in desmoines ( you go there see if andy is still cooking and tell him hi from shawn and miss)
the cliffhouse is cool too
