It's not unfortunately. I have the processors and everything else in hand but the motherboard will not be here until at least Monday. I would have paid for expedited shipping but I wasn't expecting it to sit for a couple days at Newegg before actually shipping.
Best of luck with your build, i'm building something similar currently.

(OT) Here is another RPi cooler which might do the job: igorslab.de
And a cluster version: MagPi
Edit: Hmm, didn't we see this one already here some time ago?
I posted the 3rd one earlier. I wonder how many Pis you would need to setup to make water cooling the more power effective option, given the stacking cases cool 4 pis per 120mm fan, and the pump likely uses more power than several fans?
