Nice place to take a girl to dinner in Sacramento?!

As the people closer to me on ATOT have figrued out, I'm crazy about this girl and we're going out to a movie tonight. Of course, I'm gonna take her out to eat too. Now, I can drive to sacramento. Can anyone tell me the name to a good restaurant? I might take her to the little boat restaurant in Old Sac, but then thats a backup. I'd prefer to stay at $20 a meal and under. I'd also not like to look too out of place if I'm wearing jeans and a button shirt.

While you're at it, recommendations on other things to do?
