Just FYI, that's stretched color.

Note too, down near the south, near the big blue "tiger stripes," that hemisphere is pretty smooth, while the northern hemisphere is still heavily cratered. Those water/ice jets there, which also create Saturn's E-ring, are probably what help keep it all nice and smooth.
