JESUS PCS SUCKS!
Why the hell did I sign up with them?! Their billing system is a joke, most everyone I know has been misbilled. And now its happened to me.

Word of warning....AVOID PCS LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU WANTED SCREWED!
 
Same thing just happened to my friend. They still haven't figured it out. Same thing happened to me on multiple occasions as well. That's why I "moved" to Canada so I could get out of my Sprint contract.

Been with them over 2.5 years now and have yet to experience any problems.

That happened to my mom atleast every 2 months. She was never past due but if her bill got up to around $100 for the month they disconnected her service until she paid it even if the payment wasnt due yet!.
 
Before making your payment, were you past due or current?

When was your due date?

When did you make your payment?

Did you make the payment over the phone, on Sprint PCS's web site, mailed check, your bank's internet banking, etc.?

you release that PCS is just a generic name for digital cell phones right? Sprint is the provider not PCS.
