If you can show a genuine enthusiasm for the job that's a real plus. Have some examples of things that you're passionate about in the field and relate them to the position that is being offered to you. If they ask situational questions remember that even a very small thing that _you_ did is better than a big important project that you were only peripherally involved in. When they ask those questions, they don't want to know what your group did, they want to know what _you_ did and a specific example, even if it's minor, is much better than a generic response even if that generic response is about a larger project.
Go in there with some knowledge of the position and some basic questions about it or the company. If your curious about some specific implementation of some electrical engineering concept, ask them what they think about it. They want to see: 1) That you're not a dumbass (this is a baseline and you shouldn't worry about it) 2) That you've proven your ability to think (hence situations about _you_ and not about a group) 3) That you have an interest in the field and enjoy it and 4) That you'll fit in with the personality profile of their team.
